Airbnb Brand Ambassador – Customer Service with German
On-site position: Gdańsk
Bonus up to 8500 PLN
(relocation package plus attendance bonus)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exelent customer service via phone and email in line with the highest standards
- Striving to achieve customer satisfaction targets set by managers
- Engaging with and understanding customer issues to provide the best possible assistance
This job is for you if:
- You are fluent in German (C1) and have good knowledge of English (B2)
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You are motivated and eager to grow professionally
