Renovation of NMSF Data Center in Khartoum

The National Medical Supplies Fund (NMSF) is relaunching its central data center in Khartoum following extensive damage caused by the recent conflict. The data center is critical to NMSF’s digital operations, including digital inventory management, procurement systems, and health logistics. The infrastructure includes raised flooring, FM800 modules, smart cooling, fire protection, and access control systems.
UNDP Sudan, in collaboration with NMSF, seeks to engage a qualified contractor to conduct NMSF’s data center rehabilitation on a lump sum contracting arrangement, in accordance with the designs, scope of works, specifications and bill of quantities (BOQs) annexed to this request for quotation.
There will be a pre-bid meeting on the date and time stated in the offline RFQ document, interested bidders can visit the site starting 14/10/2025 to 19/10/2025, at the address stated in the offline RFQ
