- Schedule: M–F, 8 hrs/day between 9 AM–8 PM
Requirements
- Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
- 1–2 yrs call center experience or strong academic background
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM tools
- Inbound/outbound call experience
- Must pass drug/background checks
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls + make outbound reminders
- Assist borrowers & verify account info
- Maintain records, deliver scripts, complete admin tasks
