Cadastral Survey
- Define, re-establish, or resurvey site boundaries and property lines.
- Establish boundary markers at all parcel corners.
- Produce detailed survey plans with distances, bearings, north references, and standardized scales.
- Ensure all work is carried out with approved, calibrated surveying equipment and in compliance with relevant land survey standards.

Topographic Survey
- Map natural and man-made site features, including terrain, drainage, vegetation, and existing structures.
- Establish accurate vertical and horizontal controls.
- Carry out digital surveys of existing and proposed infrastructure (e.g., roads, utilities, buildings).
- Generate contour maps with agreed vertical intervals, benchmarks, and spot heights.
- Record positions of nearby trunk infrastructure (roads, sewer lines, water mains, etc.).
- Deliver georeferenced digital maps in CAD and ArcGIS formats, organized into thematic layers.
All surveys shall be conducted with total stations, theodolites, GPS, drones, levels, or equivalent approved and calibrated equipment.
