Objectives of the assignment
The purpose of this consultancy is to develop and implement a national medical oxygen strategy for South Sudan. The assignment aims to strengthen the country’s health system by ensuring a safe, reliable, and sustainable supply of medical oxygen.
The consultant’s role is to provide technical expertise to the government and key stakeholders in creating a comprehensive framework. This framework includes developing strategic documents, operational plans, and practical guidelines to improve the management of oxygen production, distribution, and maintenance
