Introduction
Description: 01 National Firm for Training of Trainers (TOT) for the Farmer Field School (FFS) on climate-resilient agriculture in Hue City, Quang Ngai, and Gia Lai provinces.
Overall objective: The main objectives of these assignments are to:
· Enhance knowledge and understanding of FFS methodology among agricultural officers and local stakeholders to effectively facilitate climate-resilient agricultural practices for field crops and fruit trees.
· Develop practical skills for agriculture officer and local stakeholders on planning, conducting, and monitoring FFS sessions related to field crops and fruits tree production in the project provinces, ensuring that participants are equipped with knowledge, methodologies, and tools necessary to effectively facilitate training, and support the adoption of climate – resilient and sustainable agriculture practices.
· Promote the application of climate resilient practices by equipping participants with tools, guidance, and strategies to support farmers in improving productivity, profitability, and environmental sustainability.
