  • Pre-bid Site Visit: 11.11.2025 10AM (Brazzaville time)
  • Bidders’ Conference: 13.11.2025 10AM (Copenhagen time)
  • Deadline for request for Clarification: 17.11.2025 5PM (Copenhagen time)
  • Offer Submission: 21.11.2025 5PM (Copenhagen time)
Please note that the Pre-Bid Site Visit and Bidders’ conference are optional, but highly recommended. Confirmation for the participation in the Pre-Bid Site visit is required. Without registration to the Pre-Bid Site Visit confirmed on Quantum, the vendors will not be allowed in the Site Visit.
