Introduction

Background

UNDP Angola supports sustainable development initiatives through partnerships with the government, civil society, and international organisations. To enhance visibility and public engagement, UNDP Angola requires professionally designed and produced visibility materials that reflect its brand identity and communicate effectively with local audiences.

Objective

To procure high-quality visibility materials that are fully localised in Portuguese and aligned with UNDP branding guidelines, for use in events, campaigns, and public outreach activities.

 Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

•  Producing visibility materials as per the TOR
• Translating and localising all content into Portuguese, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy.
• Printing and packaging materials in accordance with UNDP’s sustainability standards.
• Deliver all items to UNDP Angola’s office in Luanda within the agreed timeline.
