As the Global SEO Team Manager, you will lead the company’s global organic search strategy across multiple brands and markets. You’ll join a dynamic and collaborative marketing department, working closely with content, brand, UX, CRM, paid media, and product teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in driving Gaming1’s online visibility and business growth through SEO and ASO excellence.

YOUR ROLE

  • Define and lead a unified global SEO and ASO strategy aligned with business and marketing goals;
  • Prioritize the SEO roadmap across content, technical, and off-page pillars;
  • Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor, and keyword analysis;
  • Set KPIs, targets, and forecasts in collaboration with marketing leadership;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Content, UX, Product, CRM, Paid Media) to ensure SEO supports the full acquisition funnel;
  • Manage relationships with SEO agencies, overseeing deliverables such as link-building, audits, and technical consultancy;
  • Monitor performance, analyze data, and produce actionable insights to drive continuous improvement;
  • Stay ahead of Google updates, AI-driven tools, and emerging SEO trends to foster innovation;
  • Lead and develop a multi-market SEO team, ensuring knowledge sharing, alignment, and professional growth.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, or related field;
  • 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years in a leadership role;
  • Expert in technical and content SEO, with strong analytical and strategic abilities;
  • Proficient in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and GTM;
  • English (C2), French or Spanish a plus;
  • Strategic, collaborative, data-driven, and innovative leader who thrives under pressure.
