About the role

We are looking for a Strategy Manager for our Engage & Protect Business Unit – to play a key role in shaping and delivering our mid- to long-term strategy.

In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders across the business to define strategic priorities, drive transformation initiatives, and ensure their successful execution and impact. You will act as a trusted partner to the Engage & Protect leadership team, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Shape our strategy: Lead the definition and refinement of the Engage & Protect strategy, ensuring it is clear, actionable, and well understood across the organisation;
  • Drive strategic insights: Conduct high-impact analyses to strengthen our market positioning and unlock new value opportunities in our enterprise business;
  • Lead transformation initiatives: Partner with business leaders to design and deliver large-scale transformation programs aligned with company priorities;
  • Track impact and performance: Define success metrics and monitor progress of strategic initiatives, with regular visibility at Executive Committee level;
  • Engage and align stakeholders: Build strong relationships across teams to secure alignment, foster collaboration, and drive momentum;
  • Support change adoption: Help teams navigate transformation by providing structure, clarity, and practical change management support.

  • Ability to anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable plans.

About you

  • Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, or a related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or consulting;
  • Strong track record in cross-functional and international environments;
  • Proven ability to turn strategy into execution;
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
