Introduction

The objective of this assignment :
To obtain an independent verification of PT PLN’s emissions calculation methodology and an external review through a Second Party Opinion (SPO) of the Transition Finance Framework to ensure its credibility and alignment with relevant national priorities, sustainability objectives, and international best practices.
