Introduction

The Knowledge Project is seeking a highly qualified company to design and develop a Learning Experience Platform (LXP). The objective is to create a comprehensive, user-friendly, and scalable LXP that serves as the primary digital system for the Future Skills Academy (FSA), a key pillar of the Knowledge Project’s efforts to promote lifelong learning, digital skills development, and knowledge sharing across the Arab States.

The LXP will enable learners, instructors, and administrators to access high-quality courses and learning resources, complete assessments, and receive customized digital certifications and badges. The LXP must be accessible as both a web application and a mobile application, hosted in the cloud, and optimized for desktops, tablets, and smartphones.

Users must be able to access all features via both the web and mobile versions. With robust content management, reporting, and analytics capabilities, the LXP will ensure measurable outcomes and support evidence-based decision-making.

Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide. n case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in the guides available in UNDP website:  https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders. Do not create a new profile if you already have one. Use the forgotten password feature in case you do not remember the password or the username from previous registration.
