·         The Town Hall dimensions are approximately 10 meters (length) × 4 meters (width) with a ceiling height of 4 meters.

·         The locations for all loudspeakers have already been determined and are fixed

·         Cable routes and manholes are already available, and the contractor is only required to pull and terminate the necessary cables through the existing infrastructure.

·         The control point location has already been identified and is within an appropriate distance from the equipment locations; therefore, no signal repeater, signal booster is required.

·         No civil works, wall modifications, or construction activities are anticipated as part of this scope
