Introduction

UNDP is seeking a qualified videography firm to produce a documentary film and a series of short videos showcasing the achievements and impact of the Kigoma Joint Programme (KJP), including beneficiary stories, government perspectives, and donor visibility content. The assignment covers filming, editing, subtitling in English and Kiswahili, and delivery of all final and raw audiovisual materials.

Interested firms should submit a technical proposal (methodology, workplan, team, and portfolio), a financial proposal, and all required legal and tax compliance documents. Firms with demonstrated experience in documentary production and development-related storytelling are strongly encouraged to apply.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system.
