Calder Rivers Trust
We’re looking for an Internal Services Coordinator to help keep Calder Rivers Trust running smoothly and effectively. This is a varied and rewarding role providing business support across the organisation, helping coordinate administration, governance, finance processes, organisational systems and everyday operations.
You’ll work closely with colleagues across the Trust, maintaining records and systems, coordinating meetings and governance activity, supporting finance and people processes, preparing documents and briefings, and helping ensure that the organisation’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. You’ll often be the person who keeps things organised, follows up actions and makes sure important details don’t get missed. You’ll provide practical support to trustees and senior colleagues, helping prepare meetings, papers, briefings and reports, coordinating arrangements, maintaining records and ensuring actions and decisions are followed through.
We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, reliable and enjoys helping others succeed. Someone who is comfortable juggling different kinds of work, spotting what needs attention, and taking responsibility for getting things done. You’ll have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, professionalism and discretion.
We’re a flexible, human-centred organisation. The role is full-time (35 hours/week), with 28 days’ holiday plus public holidays. You can choose a working pattern that fits your life, and we’re happy to explore reduced hours if that’s what you need.
If this sounds like a role you could grow into, even if you don’t tick every box right now, we’d be keen to hear from you. Send us an application and tell us what you’d bring to the role.
