Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Mozambique is launching a competitive procurement process for the construction of Community Courts in Nangade and Macomia Districts, Cabo Delgado Province divided in 2 Lots:
Lot 1 Construction of Community in Nangade district
Lot 2 Construction of Community Courts in Macomia district
The project aims to provide safe, functional, accessible, and resilient facilities that will strengthen access to justice and support the delivery of community-level judicial services in both districts. The works shall be carried out in accordance with the approved technical specifications, drawings, Bills of Quantities, and applicable UNDP quality, health and safety, environmental, and social standards.
The scope of works includes the construction of the two Community Courts, together with all associated civil works, electrical and plumbing installations, roofing, carpentry, finishes, painting, external works, and any other related activities required for the complete and satisfactory delivery of fully operational facilities.
