Introduction

The objective of this assignment is to conduct a comprehensive technical audit of the cement industry plants of the Kyrgyz Republic, еngineering audit of the pilot cement plant, assessment of decarbonization potential and modernization pathways which will contribute to prepare a set of analytical products that will inform the national cement sector decarbonization roadmap under NDC3.0.

2) In “Technical evaluation” Section, “Expertise of Firm” requirement, added: Availability of an accreditation, and/or license authorizing the provision of industrial energy audit services and/or membership in a self-regulatory organization in the field of energy auditing is an advantage. /
В секции “Техническая оценка”, требование “Опыт фирмы”, добавлено: Наличие аккредитации и/или лицензии подтверждающих право на проведение промышленного энергоаудита и/или членство в саморегулируемой организации в области энергоаудита является преимуществом.

3) In “Technical evaluation” Section, “Management Structure and Qualification of Key Personnel”, Consultant #3: EXPERT on ENERGY AUDIT, added: Availability of accreditation and/or qualification certificate as an energy efficiency specialist. /
