Summary of Requirements
the OSCE MIK is interested to engage a qualified production company to develop both products in close co-operation with Kosovo Police and with support from the OSCE project team. The company will utilise KAPS’s institutional expertise and archival resources, including official documentation, historical records, photographs, and audiovisual materials, while conducting additional research, interviews, filming, editing, graphic design, and production required to produce high-quality outputs.
