Introduction

UNDP Philippines invites qualified truck manufacturers, authorized distributors and dealers, vehicle-body integrators, and eligible joint ventures or consortiums to participate in ITB UNDP-PHL-01010 – Supply and Delivery of Various Waste Collection and Special Purpose Trucks.

The procurement covers seven (7) brand-new and fully configured vehicles for beneficiary LGUs in Ilagan City, Maasin City, San Jose del Monte City, Koronadal City and Cagayan de Oro City. The requirement includes customized waste-collection trucks, a mobile-kitchen truck, a food-waste tanker and a boom-crane truck, together with registration, insurance, decals, delivery and unloading, training, warranties and after-sales support.

Suppliers with suitable commercial-vehicle models, body-building capability and reliable nationwide service support are encouraged to participate. The requirement will be awarded under one consolidated contract, providing the successful Bidder an opportunity to deliver a diverse fleet of purpose-built vehicles supporting local circular-economy and waste-management initiatives.

Pre-Bid Conference

Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend the onsite Pre-Bid Conference:

  • Venue: UNDP Philippines Country Office, 15th Floor, North Tower, Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila
  • Confirmation deadline: 23 September 2026

The exact conference room will be announced three (3) days before the event. To confirm participation, email [email protected] and provide the company name and the name, email address and mobile number of each representative. A maximum of three (3) representatives per company may attend.
