Introduction

Provision of Leased Premises and Integrated Accommodation, Hospitality and Facilities Management Services for the United Nations Common Compound in Tripoli, Libya:

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of participating United Nations Agencies operating in Libya, invites property owners, operators, service providers and consortia to share indicative market information concerning leased premises and related accommodation, hospitality and facilities management services in Tripoli, Libya.

The purpose is to improve UNDP’s understanding of available premises, facilities, capacities, service models, indicative commercial conditions and prevailing market practices. Information received may inform internal planning, requirement development and procurement strategy for any future exercise.

No predefined operational, functional or technical requirements are being applied at this stage. UNDP is not evaluating compliance or suitability against minimum criteria and will not use this REOI to establish a shortlist or prequalified list.
