Title: National Legislative Consultant for Right to Information Bill

Project Name: Papua New Guinea (PNG) Anti-Corruption Project UNDP Country Office in PNG

Type of Appointment: Individual Consultant (National)

Expected Places of Travel: Port Moresby and provinces as per the Travel Plan in TOR

Duty Station: Home-based

Duration of the Contract: 40 working days (19 days in Port Moresby and 21 days in provinces) (From Oct 2026, to November 30 2026)

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
