Introduction

Dear Bidder,
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to the Invitation to Bid (ITB) UNDP-UKR-01787:  
Procurement of Environmental Monitoring and Laboratory Analytical Equipment for the State Environmental Inspectorate, intended for use in a key national Environmental Damage Assessment System for Ukraine.
LOT 1: Spectrophotometers and water monitoring test kits – 23 (twenty-three) spectrophotometers and water monitoring test kits
LOT 2: Portable dosimeter-radiometers – 3 (three)
LOT 3: 2-channel electric aspirators – 8 (eight)
LOT 4: Portable gas analyzer and related equipment – 5 (five)
LOT 5: Liquid fluorescent photometric analyzer – 10 (ten)
Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. The Pre-Bidding Conference with interested bidders will be held on October 02, 2026, at 3:00 p.m (Kyiv time) via Microsoft Teams.

Interested bidders are required to register for Pre-Bidding Conference by submitting their company name, list of attending representatives and their contact information (name, e-mail) at the following e-mail:

ATTENTION: Proposals shall be submitted only through Quantum Portal. Proposals shall not be submitted to any email addresses. Otherwise, such proposals shall be disqualified.
