Introduction

The objective of this consultancy is to engage a qualified international consulting firm to prepare bankable feasibility studies for selected priority industrial investment projects in Eritrea.

Specifically, the consulting firm will:

  • Ø  Assess the technical, financial, economic, environmental, and social viability of the selected projects;
  • Ø  Prepare investment-ready and bankable feasibility study reports for each selected project suitable for consideration by government, investors, financial institutions, and development partners;
  • Ø  Identify project risks and propose appropriate mitigation measures;
  • Ø  Develop implementation roadmaps and investment plans for each selected project;
  • Ø  Develop financial models and investment analyses to support investment decision-making and resource mobilization; and
  • Ø  Provide on-the-job training, knowledge transfer, and capacity-building support to the Ministry of Trade and Industry’s Project Preparation Team.
