Description of the Assignment: Local Monitoring and Design Engineer 

Period of assignment/services: 150 working days: July 2024– March 2025

Contract type: Individual Contract

The main purpose of this assignment is to develop technical specifications and provide technical supervision in line with national and international labor laws for:

a)       renovation works performed by construction companies of Civil Registry Offices located in the group of districts of the Khatlon, Sughd, DRS, GBAO regions.

b)      installing of Solar panels/generators in the selected CR offices

с)      equipping the archive room of the new MoJ building with shelves and ventilation system.

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Основная цель этого задания – разработка технических спецификаций и обеспечение технического надзора в соответствии с национальным и международным трудовым законодательством для:

а) реконструкции, выполняемой строительными компаниями в отделах ЗАГС, расположенных в группе районов регионов Хатлон, Согдийская область, РРП, ГБАО.

б) установки солнечных панелей/генераторов в выбранных отделах ЗАГС.

в) оборудования архивной комнаты нового здания Министерства юстиции стеллажами и системой вентиляции.

Любой запрос на разъяснение должен быть отправлен в письменной форме с помощью функции обмена сообщениями на портале. ПРООН ответит в письменной форме, включая объяснение запроса без указания источника запроса.
