The Marketing and Strategy (M&S) Department is one of fewer than 10 (globally) and two (UK) departments to combine our marketing and our strategy faculties. Housed within Aston Business School, the department has spent over 40 years cultivating a reputation as an internationally recognised centre of excellence for scholarly research, learning, and teaching in marketing and strategy.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Marketing team. Our specific Marketing areas of interest are in the area of digital marketing and analytics, and consumer decision making and behaviour. You wil be expected to teach students at different levels as appropriate including foundation, undergraduate and postgraduate students, and to carry out the associated examining processes.

You should possess a good first degree, a doctorate in Marketing and  be able to demonstrate continuous professional development and critical reflective practice. You should have an effective and innovative teaching practice at all levels, and at least Fellowship of the HEA (or equivalent). You should also be keen on promoting the use of a range of methods and techniques in teaching, learning and assessment including pursuing digital and modern methods of delivery.
