1:1 SEN TA – Barnet – Long-Term – September 2025 StartSPECIALIST 1:1 SEN TA FOR PUPIL WITH AUTISM – £100+ DAILY RATEContract: Long-term (September 2025-July 2026)
Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm daily (7 paid hours + 1 hour break)
Location: Barnet, London

The right candidate will combine technical expertise with genuine compassion to create a supportive, engaging learning environment.ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE & QUALITIES:

• Proven track record supporting children with Autism, particularly those who are pre-verbal
• Confidence and sensitivity in providing intimate care
• Understanding of communication strategies for non-verbal pupils
• Ability to implement appropriate behaviour management techniques
• Patience, empathy and unwavering dedication
• Resilience and problem-solving mindset
