Location: Secondary School – OxtedAre you passionate about supporting young people on their educational journey? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a dedicated 1 to 1 Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school’s inclusion team in the heart of Oxted. In this role, you’ll work closely with individual students, providing tailored support to help them succeed academically and socially.1 to 1 Learning Support AssistantKey Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum and completing classroom tasks.
• Implement strategies to promote academic progress and social development.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and feedback.

1 to 1 Learning Support AssistantRequirements:

• Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for supporting students’ learning and development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in education or child development are advantageous.
