Requirements

• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
• 1–2 yrs call center experience or strong academic background
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with CRM tools
• Inbound/outbound call experience
• Must pass drug/background checks

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls + make outbound reminders
• Assist borrowers & verify account info
• Maintain records, deliver scripts, complete admin tasks
