This is a unique opportunity to work closely with a student, supporting their academic and personal growth in a warm and inclusive school environment.The Role:As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, your role will be instrumental in helping a student achieve their full potential. You’ll collaborate with teachers to provide tailored support, adapting to the specific needs of the child while fostering their confidence and independence. Your work will have a profound impact, both academically and personally.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualised support to a student, ensuring they remain engaged and motivated in their learning.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing and adapting personalised education plans.
• Support the child’s social and emotional development, promoting self-confidence and resilience.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teaching team, helping to refine strategies as needed.
• Facilitate the student’s participation in group and class activities, encouraging a sense of inclusion.
• Provide assistance with personal care or additional needs, where required.
