Oxfam Iraq is looking for 2 Office Guards-Anbar -Al Ramadi.

 

 
 

TERMS OF REFERENCE

Office Guard

 

 

 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Working Hours:

Night & Morning:             12:00 AM- 08:00 AM

Morning & Afternoon:   08:00 AM – 04:00 PM

Evening& Night:                04:00 PM – 12:00AM

 

  • Ensuring the security for Oxfam’s employees, property and office building.
  • Monitor the office and the external and internal surroundings of the building.
  • Log in and out of employees continuously and on daily bases.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the office by checking visitors at the main gate of the office (no use of weapons).
  • Ensure that gates are always properly closed and sealed. Opening doors for employees and visitors.
  • The main gate must always be properly closed and must remain closed at all times. Before opening the door, look and confirm the external situation
  • Accompany the visitor inside the building until the relevant staff appears.
  • Checking all electrical lights and connections (inside and outside the office). Lights should be turned on at night and should Turn it off during the daytime.
  • You have to stay waken all the night. The lights in the guards’ room should also be on throughout the night.
  • The guard should report Any potential safety threats to Oxfam or anything unusual in the street.
  • The guards’ room should be kept clean and safe at all times
  • Not to interfere in employees and drivers’ job in any way.
  • Not to leave the guard’s place for any reason.
