The successful candidate will support the delivery of employee engagement activities that encourage collaboration across departments, connect employees with our culture and help to build inclusive communities.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated apprentice to join our Corporate Philanthropy team, based in London. Our comprehensive training will teach you the key concepts and administrative techniques required to work in a business environment. In this role you will gain hands-on experience of working in project management, events, and customer service. Assignments will include the planning and execution of high quality, high impact employee engagement and volunteering projects; supporting with the management of charity partnerships; administrative duties and data entry as well as preparation of reports, summaries, correspondence and communications documents.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Three A-levels (Grade A*-C) or equivalent

  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4-9 in any subject (should include Maths & English)

  • Candidates must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level than this apprenticeship in a similar subject

  • Possess the right to work in the UK

  • Have lived in the UK continuously for the past 3 years
