2nd shift Customer Service Representative in Florence, Kentucky

Description

We’re in search of a 2nd shift Customer Service Representative to support our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them navigate through emergency breakdown service.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers to swiftly resolve emergent or maintenance needs through all stages of a service event, including vendor selection, dispatch, follow up, and completion

• Accurately relay breakdown specifics to ensure accurate dispatch and timely repairs

• Communicate with a wide variety of vendors.

• Resolve on-demand customer requests and provide product and service information

• Create repair estimates, and obtain appropriate customer approvals as required

• Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resources and/or leadership team

• Achieve individual production targets or quota; assist team in reaching monthly budget requirement for service events

Requirements • Proven experience in the service industry, particularly in a call center environment

• Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and handling inbound/outbound calls

• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach

• Ability to handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally

• Proficiency in order entry processes and systems

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring optimal resource utilization

• Familiarity with logistics-related tasks and systems

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to work in a 2nd shift schedule
