Period of assignment/services: up to 16 weeks
Main objectives of the assignment: The overall objective of the assignment is to strengthen the communication efforts performed in the framework of the M4EG Initiative, focusing on creating engaging and high-quality video materials to raise awareness of M4EG’s Urban Imaginaries and Portfolio programme.
Under the supervision of the Regional Development Programme Manager and guidance of the M4EG Communication Analyst and RDP Communication Analyst, the National Consultant will be responsible for accomplishing the following tasks:
1. Draw up scenarios for five videos on UI results in Lviv, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, Sumy, and Trostianets.
2. Visit these five locations and film quality footage and interviews with the local project teams.
3. Based on the recorded footage edit 7 separate 2-minute-long videos, prepared in Ukrainian with further translation of subtitles and graphics to English.
4. Draw up the scenario for one video on portfolio results in Mykolaiv and Ternopil.
5. Visit Mykolaiv and film quality footage and interviews with the local project team.
6. Based on the recorded footage edit one 2–minute-long video prepared in Ukrainian with further translation of subtitles and graphics to English.
7. If it is needed, all the above-mentioned videos can require the Consultant to develop, create, and insert the infographics presenting the main results/highlights of the given projects.
8. Add appropriate background music and baked-in subtitles to all the above-mentioned videos. Subtitles and infographics should be in English and Ukrainian and provided as separate videos.
9. Edit videos into complete high-quality products.
Each video should be compelling, human-centric, and ensure gender equality.
The National Consultant will be provided with lists of pre-selected participants of the shooting and contacts of responsible persons from project teams in target municipalities.

HOW TO SUBMIT A BID/PROPOSAL:
