Greenwich Business School at the University of Greenwich is seeking to recruit a full-time Faculty Executive Support Officer on a fixed-term basis for 12 months.
The successful candidate will provide a high standard of support to the Greenwich Business School’s executive team, including diary management, staff recruitment support, committee servicing and other administrative duties.
This is a key customer care role requiring a caring and empathetic attitude towards staff at all levels of seniority.
This staff facing role combines the need for excellent administrative skills, an organised approach, confidentiality, attention to detail, and the ability to develop good relationships with university students and staff.
Greenwich Business School is one of four faculties at the University of Greenwich and provides a wide range or postgraduate and undergraduate programmes.
Greenwich Business School is located on the Greenwich Maritime Campus, a UNESCO world heritage site. We seek to recruit a colleague willing to work with a diverse group of students and academic staff.
The post-holder must be able to work as part of a team to ensure that the wider administrative tasks within the Greenwich Business School are achieved.
