You’ll play a key role in our design process, working on bespoke client projects, with a focus on high-end residential designs. Based in London, this role requires at least 6 years’ experience in similar roles, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and adaptability to EstiMac software.Job Description for this Senior Interior Designer Role

• Running projects from concept to installation, with a focus on high-end residential designs.
• Conducting site surveys and managing procurement, including liaising with suppliers.
• Demonstrating expertise in FF&E and materials knowledge.
• Lead and collaborate effectively with the design team, guiding creative and conceptual aspects of projects
• Foster innovation by challenging the team, introducing new ideas, and sourcing unique furniture and art pieces
• Formulate and maintain installation schedules, ensuring timely project delivery.
• Take proactive ownership of client service, maintaining exceptional communication throughout projects.
• Review information provided by subcontractors, suppliers, and factories.
• Anticipate and address challenges, risks, and issues to contribute to seamless project delivery.
• This role would be for someone legally eligible to work in the UK

Skills Necessary for this Senior Interior Designer Role

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Adaptability to EstiMac software
• Strong procurement skills and supplier coordination experience.
• Expertise in FF&E and materials knowledge.
• Proven experience managing teams, contractors and suppliers at a Senior level.
• Skills in architectural detailing and have a keen creative eye for designing bespoke luxury interiors.
• Effectively multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and maintain composure under pressure.
• A portfolio demonstrating experience in high-end residential projects.
• Must have a degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
