Dear Proposers,

You are requested to submit a proposal for the undertaking:

“Conduct Endline Survey of Enhancing Access to Justice through Institutional Reform (A2J Project) Project-II”, as per the enclosed Terms of Reference (TOR).

Your offer comprising the Technical and Financial proposals may be submitted separately, addressing the RFP reference number and title to respective email addresses technicalproposal@a2jnepal.org; financialproposal@a2jnepal.org; or hard copies sealed separately to the below office address by no later than 17:00 hrs., Friday, 21 August 2026.
