This is an incredible opportunity to thrive in an engaging educational setting while supporting students through their academic journey.Hours of Work:Full Time – PermanentAcademic and Student Services Coordinator Duties:As the Academic and Student Services Coordinator, you will oversee the entire student lifecycle at the College from orientation and enrolment to welfare and visa support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the student experience, ensuring that we provide a supportive environment where each student can excel. You will lead a passionate team and be instrumental in implementing service and support plans that drive student success.Academic and Student Services Coordinator Requirements:
- University level qualifications or at least two years’ experience in a relevant industry
- Experience providing exceptional customer service in an educational setting
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with staff and students from varied backgrounds
- Strong data analysis and management skills
- A proactive attitude, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork
