We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative and inspiring person to support our learners with their studies.You will provide one to one or small group support where you will help learners develop their study skills, build resilience and create progression plans. Whilst this role does not require a subject specialism, a strong understanding of studying at A-level is required with the ability to support higher level skill development.You will work closely with subject lecturers to help monitor and maintain high levels of student attendance, retention and achievement across the area.The successful candidate will hold a higher level qualification of at least level 3.
