Reporting to the Director of International, the role is responsible for all UK, Ireland ELT, Junior Summer, Pathways and Online academic provision. The Academic Director is responsible for the coordination, implementation, monitoring/evaluation of high-quality academic delivery across all international programmes and is consistently striving to enhance Twins customer experience.QualificationsEssential – First Degree and Master in EFL or TESOL
Essential – ELT/TESOL subsidiary or equivalent + DELTA or equivalentSalary and BenefitsSalary: TBC per annumdepending on experience
Location: Greenwich
Contract: Permanent – Full Time

Run the Greenwich London centre and newly launched Pathway NCUK programme.
Review and assess current delivery and build plans to enhance academic quality.
Ensure consistent delivery across all centres.
Provide ongoing mentoring and professional development to all academic management and teachers.
Work closely with Business Heads in Ireland, Summer, Eastbourne, and future Pathways to ensure academic delivery is of a high standard.
