. Full time, long-term position (full academic year, Monday-Friday)
. Work college hours, term time only – 08:45-16:30
. Excellent experience prior to teacher training
. Utilize your subject knowledge and passion for education
. Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
. Offer cover for departments when teachers are absent
. Excellent support from an outstanding leadership team
. Free gym on site for all staff to use
. Fantastic professional development on offer – regular CPD to attend
. Work with a team of Graduate Academic Coaches
. Excellent access to public transport and free parking on-site
. Paid on a daily rate basis – £90-£100 per day
. Opportunity to be taken on a permanent contract after a period of time.Person Specification
. 2:1 or above degree required
. Excellent academic background
. Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential.
. Passionate about education and making an impact.
.
