The PFA is currently looking for an Academic Programme Manager who will be responsible for Managing all Academic Procedures and Programme Delivery at the Business School. The PFA Business School is starting up, so the Academic Programme Manager will be part of the setting up of all procedures, university agreements, programme design, student admissions and programme delivery.The role will provide support to the Director of the PFA Business School.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design programmes with the help of the Programme Leaders.
- Inform candidates about programme details.
- Manage the application requests & admission process.
- Communicate with students.
- Coordinate teachers and sessions.
- Sessions schedule management.
- Manage relations with universities for programme accreditation.
- Manage virtual campus, media in the classroom and all tools needed for delivering the programmes.
- Provide support to the Director of the PFA Business School and other stakeholders as required.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSEssential
- In-depth knowledge of how an Undergraduate, Postgraduate, MSc, MBA or Executive Master is delivered, and knowledge of the universities and business schools of reference.
- Possible need to travel.
- Comfortable working in complex multi-stakeholder projects and/or training projects.
- Strong communicator, empathetic and personable.
- Adaptable and open to change.
- Approachable and low-ego personality.
- Proactively challenges status quo and identifies areas for improvement.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Desirable
- Experience in Academic Programme Management at Business Schools / Universities.
- Knowledge of LMS (Learning Management Systems) / Virtual Campus.
- An Undergraduate / Postgraduate qualification in Sport Management.
- Previous Business School student.
- Experience of working in football or other sports.
- Additional spoken language skills.
