As a key member, reporting to the HE Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to undergraduate and taught postgraduate students facing challenges. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our proactive approach to fostering student potential, nurturing talent, and respecting individuality. In this role, you will monitor student progress, offer comprehensive guidance, and collaborate closely across departments to ensure students are well-informed about all available support services and study options, especially those facing challenges. You will work in close coordination with HE Administrators, course teams, finance colleagues, the Student Advice and Wellbeing team, the Academic Support team, the International team, and the Students’ Union to achieve these goals.The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be able to deal with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including those experiencing difficulties and be able to work with a wide range of stakeholders across departments.
