The Academic Registrar will drive the work of a large academic infrastructure, offering a business partnering model in harmony with three distinct Colleges.Key to the appointed candidate’s success will be a commitment to a customer-focussed and digitally led set of service which is ready for changes in student or sector demand.The Academic Registry will work in concert with a reimagined Student Solutions Centre, and its Director of Student Services. Both will report to and receive strategic support from the Chief Student Officer (CSO). Ultimately you will have the agility to work in a positive, collaborative and creative manner.We are looking for candidates with experience in a managing a comprehensive Registry or related services in a Higher Education environment. You will have experience of leading on service improvement and have a thorough knowledge of the Higher Education sector.
