We are seeking to recruit an academy administrator (academic programmes) who will act as the first point of contact for all taught accredited and non-accredited academic programs.
As part of a small administration team, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent administration services.
Some of the duties will include being the lead administrator for all taught programmes and ensuring the highest quality of support, communication, and guidance to programme teams and participants. Liaising with Kaplan for online accredited and non-accredited academic programmes and support all associated QA processes.
You should have a minimum of three GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English Language, excellent organisational and administrative skills, the ability to prioritise work, and the ability to respond to changing demands.
