What You’ll Do?
As a Call Center Agent at Access CMC, you will:
- Respond to inbound calls from patients and healthcare providers, offering assistance with scheduling, healthcare queries, and other needs.
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and care plan coordination.
- Assist patients with navigating insurance, referrals, and healthcare resources.
- Handle and resolve patient issues or concerns, escalating complex matters to the appropriate department.
- Accurately document patient interactions, update records, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
- Provide a compassionate and helpful experience to every caller, ensuring their healthcare journey is as smooth as possible.
What You Bring ?
- Experience: Prior experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service environment is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage patients with empathy and clarity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with call center systems, electronic health records (EHR), and general office software (MS Office, Google Suite).
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve patient issues quickly and effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in documenting patient information and maintaining records.
- Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple calls and tasks while staying organized and calm under pressure.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset and ability to work closely with healthcare providers, patients, and internal teams.
