Introduction
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Pacific Office, through the Nauru Accountable and Inclusive Governance Project, is facilitating a training programme for the Nauru Electoral Commission. This initiative aims to strengthen the institutional capacity of Election Management Bodies through targeted training sessions, to be delivered in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia.
Objective of the RFQ
To identify and engage a suitable hotel venue in Brisbane city that can provide a high-quality accommodation and conference package to support the delivery of a three day electoral training programme.
Scope of Services
The service provider will be required to deliver the following:
- Accommodation for training participants and facilitators
- Conference room facilities suitable for a professional training environment
- Catering and other support services as outlined
