Introduction
UNDP invites qualified hotels and accommodation providers in Tahiti, French Polynesia, to submit quotations for the provision of accommodation services for delegates attending the Pacific Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (PIPA) from 8 to 11 September 2026. The services will include guest accommodation for event participants and related hospitality services. Interested suppliers should demonstrate their ability to provide quality accommodation, reliable guest services, flexibility to support event requirements, and compliance with the specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.
Eligibility: Only hotels and accommodation providers physically located in Tahiti, French Polynesia, are eligible to submit quotations for this opportunity.
