Position: Account Manager
Location: Lachine, hybrid

– Annual Bonus: 8% annually
– Vacation Time: 3-4 weeks paid vacation per year

– Biweekly Car Allowance & Mileage Reimbursement: Plus, an additional phone allowance
– Hybrid Work Environment: 2 days in office / 3 days remoteYour Profile:– Experience: 3-5 years in account management or inside/outside sales, with a demonstrated stable career path.
– Bilingual: Fluent bilingualism to effectively communicate with clients across Canada and the U.S.
– Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office.Your Role:– Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop strong business relationships with clients and prospects within your territory to drive sales.
– Achieve Strategic Objectives: Meet or exceed the company’s goals while upholding our core values of agility, commitment, and innovation.
– Expand the Territory: Open new accounts and re-engage inactive ones to grow the market.
– Action Plan Development: Create and manage a “SMART” action plan to achieve your sales targets.
– Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed activity and results reports.
– Value Analysis: Evaluate product offerings to identify and communicate added value to clients and the organization.
– Client Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client complaints by working closely with suppliers to develop effective solutions.
