OverviewFor over 40 years Atrens-Counsel (AJG) has been providing customized insurance solutions to protect our clients. Our focus not only includes providing a high level of insurance coverage and unparalleled service, but also to work with our clients to manage their insurance coverage for the long-term.As the Account Manager, reporting to the Commercial Lines Manager within our Atrens division, you will be providing administrative support to a Commercial Lines Client Services Team. Together you deliver tailored Insurance solutions, ensuring our clients are thoroughly protected against the effects of damage to commercial property and assets, loss of income due to unforeseen incidents or even damages to third parties.This role is a phenomenal entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the insurance industry!Work Environment Hybrid (Agile) – We at Gallagher enjoy the benefits of working remotely while also collaborating and interacting with each other in the office.How you’ll make an impact

• You’ll be supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing a crucial role in business retention, and ultimately ensuring clients have a seamless renewal experience
• This role will update documents on company portals, prepare renewals and endorsements, process web-based updates
• Assist in crafting client presentations, preparing RFPs and further strengthening insurance partner relationships
• You will continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skills through learning and mentorship on coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems
• Bring forward areas of opportunity for operational improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources

• Secondary School Diploma, College or University Degree strongly preferred or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of professional work experience preferred. Preference given to those with experience within the insurance industry, commercial and or financial services #LI-SS1 #LI-HYBRID
