You will provide service and support to ensure great plan sponsor and member experiences. You will apply your expertise in the Canadian benefits marketplace to deliver guidance that supports clients’ goals and long-term interests. You will stay up to date on new products as well as trends in the industry and public policy, and actively participate in HUB internal sales and development activities.This is a client facing role. You will connect with clients in person, participate in plan member activities, and travel when necessary. You take pride in your presentation skills and will deliver engaging and informative presentations both virtually and in person.Your goal is to grow and retain your assigned clients, identify needs, and introduce other HUB services, and encourage referrals and other opportunities to produce new business.Responsibilities
